Working principle of computer fully automatic suction machine:
The control device starts the fan to extract air from the vacuum hopper, while closing the discharge valve device to create negative pressure inside the vacuum hopper. Under negative pressure, external materials are carried into the hopper by the airflow through the feeding pipe. When the feeding time is up, the fan stops working, and the internal feeding valve device is pushed open by the raw materials. The materials flow out of the vacuum hopper and enter other equipment such as the hopper dryer or injection molding machine.
